You are going to meet people that you don't get along with, or that you don't enjoy working with.
When this happens you can:
Block that person's profile and report it to your Team Leader, Team Manager, or even directly to me and we will address the situation.
If they are a student that you have difficulty working with you can pass them on to another teacher in your team or that provides the same lessons as you.
If they are a teacher giving you Lessons and you would like more variety you can request to speak to other teachers as well.
Make sure to clearly and concisely state your reasons why
It does not matter if they are Colleagues, Team Members, Collaborators, Teachers, Students, Business Partners or even Clients.
You have total control of who you work and collaborate with.
You have the right to work in a safe and happy environment.
You have the right to work any times or days that suits You, and Your lifestyle.
You have the right to make late cancellations without penalty.
We get it, life happens, simply reschedule. No need for drama and tantrums.
Remote work is about peace of mind and convenience.
