This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of execution by the parties, by and between Future Education Online ("Company"), and [Admin Name] ("Admin").
Purpose.
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Admin will share in the monthly subscription fees received from paying members of their specific groups.
Payment Terms.
The Admin will receive a percentage of the monthly subscription fees received from paying members of their specific groups. The percentage will be 33%.
Referral Members.
In the event that there is more than one Admin in a group, the Admins will share in the payments received from their referred members only.
Term.
This Agreement will be in effect for the duration of your Admin Role and / or for the duration of your referalls' subscriptions.
Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party.
Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [insert country/state/province].
Entire Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Amendments.
This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
Waiver. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to enforce such provision.
Validity.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
