Dear Wix.com,
I am writing to submit a claim for $500,000 in lost income as a result of my website being hacked and subsequently down for six months in 2022.
This has caused significant financial losses for my business, as well as for my 42 members who rely on the website for their daily income.
Additionally, our affiliated companies, which are located globally, have also been affected by the website's downtime.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of security measures in place to prevent this hacking incident and the prolonged downtime of my website.
I expect Wix.com to take full responsibility for these losses and to compensate me and my members accordingly.
I would like to remind you that if this case is not resolved to our satisfaction, we will be taking legal action and I will be encouraging each and every one of my 42 members and over 30 affiliated companies to lay a claim against Wix.com as well.
