I am writing to remind you of the importance of maintaining complete profiles on our platform. As you know, our platform connects students with teachers and tutors, and having complete profiles is essential for building trust and confidence between members.

In light of this, I would like to inform you that starting immediately, members with complete profiles will be given preference over members with incomplete profiles when it comes to matching with students and tutors. This means that members with complete profiles will have a better chance of being matched with students and tutors, and will be more likely to receive bookings.

To ensure that your profile is complete, please make sure that you have uploaded a clear and recent photo, filled out all of the required fields in your profile, and added any relevant information about your qualifications, experience, and availability.
