Section X: Prohibited Activities and User Conduct
X.1 Prohibited Activities
Future Education Online (PTY) LTD strives to maintain a safe and respectful online environment for its members. To uphold these standards, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
(a) Creation of Fake Profiles: Users are prohibited from creating, using, or maintaining fake or deceptive profiles on
Future Education Online's platform. This includes but is not limited to profiles that contain false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent the user's identity.
X.2 Consequences of Violation
X.2.1 Account Suspension or Termination: If Future Education Online determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has violated Section X.1 by creating a fake profile, Future Education Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's account without prior notice.
X.2.2 Legal Consequences: Creating fake profiles may violate applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations. Future Education Online will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and other authorities in investigating such violations. Users found to be in violation of this provision may be subject to legal consequences, including but not limited to criminal and civil liability, in accordance with international law.
X.3 Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this provision or any other Terms of Service violations to Future Education Online through the appropriate channels provided on the platform.

This a good move. But not unexpected, so many organisations ask teachers for information which I believe they use for unethical opportunities, sad but true.
